 Principal Engineer – Logic Design – Top Semicon Co. – Bangalore. 10yrs+.

Compensation = 30-38 Lacs

·        Gather high-level requirements and develop architecture specifications

·        Develop reusable digital controller specification and RTL design

·        Promote re-use of components across various projects

·        Defining top-level and internal interface and registers

·        Lead Power/Performance analysis of designs

·        Setup and analysis of lint, synthesis and timing reports

·        Schedule estimation for projects

·        Cross-functional team interaction for project execution

·        Generating soft-macros (RTL) to be used in test-chip/product designs

Skills/Qualifications:

·        Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 8 years of experience in Logic design, Micro architecture and architecture definition

·        Experience working with complex designs including multiple IP blocks and clock domains

·        Experience working on SoC designs

·        Experience with synthesis flow

·        Knowledge of memory technology such as – DDR3, LPDDR2 is a plus

·        Experience working on implementation of compute intensive algorithms, such as image processing is a plus

·        Experience working in a multi-site environment

·        Master degree is a plus
